Those of you who have already watched the film at www.fastoftheforestmovie.com - It is possible for you to get the Dvd of this film only with the cost of what it costs for me to mail it to you. So if you can still remember the username you used on the website, write it on the comments section or the private messages, or antikondis@gmail.com along with the address you want it mailed to. If you can't remember your username, just your name should be enough and we can check it from the list. Unfortunately due to some hardware problems and since this is a one-man-production company, my schedules didn't allow to make a bigger launch of the Dvds and Blurays for Christmas. Now, if you've already seen this year's big motorcycle films: "The Road" and "On Any Sunday 2" etc. It's time for you to watch this. If you haven't, watch this first! The film is still available in www.fastoftheforestmovie.com with subtitles in English, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Spanish or Finnish, along with some extra footages. ALSO! We will have a DVD release close to Christmas and possibly even some theater screenings outside of Finland possibly in Italy and Hungary, hopefully along with some film festivals yet to come!

The subtitles include Finnish, English, French, German, Spanish, Hungarian and Italian. Those of you who will buy it within the first week, will get it cheaper, and will be included in a competition where one of you will win an A2 size poster of the film including autographs from the main characters as well as the director and a one of a kind Juha Kallio 171 club jacket with Juha's autograph in whatever size fits you.

Manx museum has arranged screenings during the TT races of my film about Juha Kallio who was a newcomer at the TT last year!! The Fast of The Forest screening times are from June 1st to June 7th every day at 2pm. It's free entry, with donations to a local motorsport charity! It's all good so please share this info as we have no way of spreading the word to people, and it's for a good cause!

Imatran ensi-illan suosio ylitti kaikki odotukset ja teatteri oli kukkuroilleen täynnä. Moni jäi ulkopuolelle, joten nyt on mahdollisuus nähdä elokuva sittenkin! Uusintanäytös Bio Vuoksessa järjestetään maanantaina 17.3. klo 18:45. Iso kiitos Bio Vuokselle ja kaikille katsojille ja tukijoukoille! Koko viikonloppu oli aivan huikea, palaute ensi-illan jälkeen veti sanattomaksi. Nyt vaikuttaakin siltä että saadaan muihin kaupunkeihin myös näytöksiä, mutta näistä myöhemmin lisää, heti kun tiedetään varmasti. Unkarilainen journalisti Peter Guld oli myös paikalla ensi-illassa ottamassa kuvia.

The success of our special screening in Imatra was such a big surprise. A lot of people who wanted to see the film were left out, so therefore the Imatra theater Bio Vuoksi has decided to show it once more, on monday march 17th at 6:45 pm. Big thanks goes to Bio Vuoksi, all the viewers and people who have supported this film. With these we are gathering funds to be able to spread the film much wider. The whole premiere weekend was crazy and fantastic. We had a good friend from Hungary, Peter Guld who was taking photos from the theater.

Huomenna ensi-ilta Imatralla! Tänään tehtiin todellinen Imatra-kierros pääjehujen ja muitten pahisten kanssa. Aika paljon saa huomiota ku on yks Fairlane, kolmen miehen bändi takapenkillä, kaks Harrikkaa, ja megafoni. Ja tää huvi tietysti tallennettiin kameralle.

Tomorrow it's premiere time in Imatra so we decided to do some last minute promotion. It's amazing how much attention you can get with a Fairlane with a three-man-band in the backseat, two Harleys, a megaphone and some cruising around Imatra. Crazy!

Four days to go before the big premiere in Imatra, there's still some tickets left for the screening. Miksausta Kalevalastudiolla / Soundmix at Kalevalastudio

Huomenna olis viimeinen päivä loppumiksausta Kalevalastudiolla. Tämän päivän perusteella näin ohjaajana, kuvaajana ja leikkaajana erittäin hyvä fiilis elokuvasta ja miltä se alkaa näyttää ja kuulostaa. Kahden vuoden vääntämisen jälkeen leffa alkaa viimein valmistua, huikea fiilis!

We're having the last day of sound mixing at Kalevalastudio in Helsinki. By what I heard today, film looks and sounds great! As the director, cinematographer and editor I am extremely happy for this, as something we've been working on for two years is finally coming together!

Imatran moottorikerho / Imatra motorclub

Täällä työskennellään elokuvan loppumiksauksen kanssa Kalevalastudiolla ensimmäistä päivää ja Imatran moottorikerho lähti mukaan tukemaan leffaa! Tänäkin kesänä ajetaan Muistojen Imatranajot 2.-3.8. Silloin kannattaa jättää Imatran reissulle tilaa kalenterista.


Here we are working on the final soundmix of the film, and in addition to that Imatra motorclub has jumped in on the project to support the film! The Imatra road races will be driven this year on the 2nd and 3rd of August. It's a very good time to take a trip to Imatra!

In the center of Helsinki, on Iso Roobertinkatu there is a shop that is now also helping us a bit with promoting the film. Pinkomo. They have loads of cool stuff and they repair shoes and such as well!

So the Helsinki motorcycle exhibition is over for this year. Big thanks goes to Worldwide Bomber magazine, Suzuki and Imatra motorclub, who helped me with spreading the trailer around the exhibition and sharing some flyers to people. Some new plans also on promoting the film arised and now we are planning on when we can have the screening in Helsinki. So some very interesting times ahead!

Huomenna alkaa Helsingin moottoripyörämessut vuosimallia 2014. Viime vuonna messuilla oli käynyt viikonlopun aikana kaiken kaikkiaan yli 50 000 kävijää! Olen ollut erittäin iloinen saadessani mahdollisuuden julkaista elokuvan trailerin siellä jopa kahdella screenillä. Julisteita tulee myös esille ja on sieltä mahdollisuus saada mukaan esitteitä ym. Erityisen tyytyväinen olen Worldwide Bomber Magazinen hyppäämiseen mukaan tähän sirkukseen, nimittäin heillä on paitsi hyvä meininki, myös ehkä messujen suurin näyttö! Heidän näytöllään pyörii myös muitakin videoita, joissa voi nähdä muun muassa Bomberin pääjehun Janne Uskalin viimeaikaista toimintaa.

Toinen näyttö löytyy Suzukin pilttuusta, jossa hengailee myös päähenkilö Juha Kallio aika-ajoin. Kreisi viikonloppu siis tulossa!


Tomorrow starts off the 2014 Helsinki motorcycle exhibition. I can't tell you how happy I am to be able to release the trailer here! Last year during the whole weekend there was more than 50 000 people at the exhibition! I am very excited about the fact that I am doing co-operation with Worldwide Bomber Magazine, as they have possibly the biggest screen of the whole exhibition, and might as well be the loudest! Head of the whole Bomber thing is Janne Uskali, you can try to google him and might find some great stunt videos in case you don't know him already.

The other screen is on the Suzuki stand, which is also great as the main character of the film Juha Kallio can also be found hanging around there at times. A very sweet weekend to come!

The Imatra's local newspaper Uutisvuoksi wrote an article that should be out tomorrow. Today they already had some mentioning about it on their web page with the headline that goes something like: "The curves of The Isle of Man turned into a movie." Extremely happy how things are turning out and it seems there's more and more supporters turning out for the film.

Fitting the main characters and their bikes with 15 000€ worth of sound recording devices and then sending them out to the small roads. Despite having full confidence in the main characters riding skilss, at this moment in time I (the director) had some second thoughts.
